Pay for the Item First

Most stores won't release an item to a third party unless it's already paid. Pay the store before we arrive, or give the pro a card to pay at the counter (a few stores allow this with your authorization).

A floor lamp fits a car. A boxed dresser, a rug tube, or a 4x8 sheet of plywood needs a van. If you're not sure, tell us the item and we'll size the vehicle — better a van than a refused car.
