We want your experience to be perfect. If something goes wrong, we'll work with you to make it right.
What does the pledge cover?
We stand behind the work of our Pros. Our Happiness Pledge provides reasonable protection for property damage or property theft during the performance of a task, up to a sensible limit to ensure everyone is treated fairly.
Property Damage
If a Pro accidentally damages your property while completing a task, we'll cover reasonable repair or replacement costs up to our coverage limits.
Property Theft
We background check every Pro. In the rare event of theft, our pledge provides protection with proper documentation.
"Make It Right" Guarantee
If the work performed doesn't meet professional standards, we will send a pro back to fix the issue and make it right at no additional cost.
Important Guidelines
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the task completion. We may require photos, receipts, or other documentation to process your claim. The pledge does not cover pre-existing damage, tasks performed outside of our platform, or tasks involving extreme risk.
