A Marketplace van pickup is the all-in-one booking for furniture bought from a seller. Here's how it works.

Book With Both Addresses

Tell us the seller's address, your address, the item (with rough size), and a time window. We route a van and a pro to the pickup, then to your place.

The Pro Inspects

The pro arrives at the seller's, photographs the item, and sends you a photo. You confirm the item matches the listing before the pro pays the seller (if you've authorized the pro to pay) or before you Venmo the seller.

The Carry

The pro carries the item from the seller's apartment to the van, with a dolly and a blanket. For a walk-up, a stair dolly. The item is loaded and padded.

The Delivery

The van drives to your address. The pro carries the item into your apartment and places it where you want it. One trip, one booking.

The 2-Hour Minimum

The $99/hour rate has a 2-hour minimum — $198 for the first two hours, prorated after. A local pickup with easy parking at both ends fits the minimum.

The Vehicle

The van fits a couch, a table, a dresser, a mattress. For a very large item (a sectional, a king mattress, a fridge), a box truck may be needed — tell us the item.
