How to Book

Pick the Package Pickup service, choose a date and time window, and tell us the pickup address, the delivery address, and what the package is. We authorize a one-hour deposit to hold the spot; the balance is paid after delivery.

What We Bring

The pro brings a dolly, straps, and a vehicle sized to the package. A small parcel goes in a car; a heavy or oversize item goes in a van. We confirm which when you book.

Same-Day Is Often Possible

Because our pros live across the boroughs, a same-day pickup is frequently available — especially for a package held at a carrier's local desk.
