Package Pickup Service in NYC: What It Costs

NYC Package Pickup Pricing

A package pickup service fetches a held package and brings it to your address. Here's what it costs in NYC.

The Flat Rate

A single package from one pickup to one NYC address is usually a $45 flat rate. The package is picked up and delivered the same day, often within hours.

What's Included

The pickup, the carry (if it's at a counter or a desk), the delivery to your door, and (for a walk-up) the carry up. The $45 covers a standard package up to ~50 lbs.

When It Costs More

• Multiple packages from multiple stops (a per-stop add-on, ~$15-25 each).
• A very heavy package (over 70 lbs — may add a dolly fee).
• A long distance (outside Manhattan — may add a zone fee).
• A freight or pallet pickup (different category).

The Van Alternative

For a package that needs a van (large, multiple, or with the seller at a Marketplace pickup), the $99/hour van rate applies, 2-hour minimum.

Same-Day

Most NYC package pickups are same-day. Book in the morning, the package is at your door by early afternoon.
