The Morning-of-the-Party Run
A party in NYC means supplies from three places: chairs from a rental, a cake from a bakery, drinks from a beverage distributor. You can't be in three places at once on the morning of the event. A multi-stop pickup does it.
List Every Stop and Item
Tell us every pickup address, what's at each, and the delivery address. The pro routes the stops in the most efficient order and brings a vehicle sized to the total — a van for chairs and kegs, a car for a cake and balloons.
Pay Each Vendor Ahead
Most party vendors won't release to a third party unless paid. Pay each store in advance (or give the pro a card to pay at each counter) and confirm the order is ready for pickup at the time.
Keep the Cake Upright and Cool
A decorated cake is the most fragile pickup. Tell the pro it's a cake — they bring a flat, level surface and an insulated bag if it's hot. A cake on its side in a van is a ruined centerpiece.
The Balloon Time Window
Latex balloons last about 12 hours, foil about 24. Schedule a balloon pickup for the morning of the party, not the night before. A pro with a tall vehicle handles arches and columns that don't fit in a car.
Chairs and Tables Stack in a Van
Folding chairs and tables stack and fit a cargo van easily. A 50-person event's chairs fit one van trip — tell us the count and we'll size the vehicle.
Multi-Stop Pricing
A multi-stop pickup is the $45 flat for the first stop plus a small per-stop add-on. A three-stop party run is usually one flat fee and two add-ons — far cheaper than three separate bookings or renting a van yourself for the day.
Same-Day, Morning-of
Event pickups almost always need to be same-day. Tell us the party time and we'll work backward to the pickup windows.
