Picking Up Luggage and Baggage from the Airport or Station in NYC

The Bag You Can't Carry

Sometimes a bag is too heavy, too many, or too far to take on the subway. A pickup service moves luggage from the airport, the train station, or a hotel to your NYC address — no hauling it yourself.

Airport Baggage Pickup

From JFK, LaGuardia, or Newark, a pro meets you at arrivals (or the baggage claim) with a dolly and takes your bags to the curb and into a vehicle. Useful for a family with too many bags, heavy luggage, or a late arrival when transit is slow.

Left Luggage and Shipped Bags

Some travelers ship a bag ahead to the airport or a hotel (services like LugLess or ShipStork). The bag is held at a desk and a pickup brings it to your apartment — useful when you're flying in without checking a bag.

Train Station Pickup

Penn Station and Grand Central both have baggage desks and nearby hotel bell desks. A pro picks up a held bag and brings it to your address the same day.

Oversized and Heavy

Golf clubs, ski equipment, a large musical instrument case — items that don't fit in a cab. A van pickup handles them where a taxi won't.

Authorize the Pro

If you're not meeting the pro at the desk, you'll authorize them to collect on your behalf — we'll walk you through the desk's release form and the ID requirement.

The $45 Flat Often Covers It

A single bag from an airport or station to one NYC address often fits the $45 flat package rate. Multiple bags or a long distance may add a fee — you'll know first.

Same-Day Is Often Possible

For a held bag at a local desk, a same-day pickup is frequently available. Tell us the desk hours and the address and we'll route the closest pro.
