Picking Up Oversized Luggage from NYC Airports

Oversized Luggage Airport Pickup

A bag too heavy for the subway, or a suitcase shipped ahead — a pickup handles it from JFK, LGA, or Newark.

Meet at Arrivals

A pro meets you at the arrivals curb (or the baggage claim) with a dolly, takes your bags to the vehicle, and delivers them to your NYC address. Useful for a family with too many bags or heavy luggage.

Shipped-Ahead Bags

Some travelers ship a bag ahead to the airport or a hotel (LugLess, ShipStork). The bag is held at a desk; a pickup brings it to your apartment.

Oversized Items

Golf clubs, ski equipment, a large instrument case — items that don't fit in a cab. A van pickup handles them where a taxi won't.

Authorize the Pro

If you're not meeting at the desk, you authorize the pro to collect on your behalf — the desk's release form and your ID.

Same-Day

For a held bag at a local desk, same-day is often available. Tell us the desk hours and the address.
