What We Can Pick Up
A filled prescription at a NYC pharmacy, a held refill, or over-the-counter items you called in.
The ID Requirement
Pharmacies release prescriptions only to the patient or an authorized person. For a standard prescription, you authorize a pickup person with a signed note and a copy of your ID. For a controlled substance, the patient's ID is required and proxy may not be allowed — confirm with the pharmacy.
Temperature-Sensitive
Insulin and some liquid meds need to stay cold. Tell us if the prescription is refrigerated — the pro brings an insulated bag with a cold pack.
Same-Day
A pharmacy pickup is often same-day. Book in the morning, the prescription is at your door by early afternoon.
The $45 Flat
A single prescription from one pharmacy to one address usually fits the $45 flat rate.
Privacy
The pro doesn't open the pharmacy bag and doesn't handle the medication — the sealed bag goes from the counter to your hand.
