The Return That Never Gets Returned
You ordered the wrong size, the wrong color, the wrong thing. The retailer says "print the label and drop it off." You don't own a printer and you don't have time to wait at the post office. So the box sits. Returns pickup is how the box finally leaves.
What the Service Does
A pickup pro comes to your apartment, takes the boxed return, brings it to the carrier, and hands it over with the label attached. You get a tracking receipt and the refund processes.
The Label Question
Three options:
- You print the label at home and leave it on the box.
- We print the label if you email us the PDF (a small add-on).
- Some retailers (Amazon, Zara) accept QR-code returns with no printed label — we show the QR at the drop-off counter.
Box It Before We Arrive
The carrier won't accept an unboxed item. Pack the return in its original box (or any box) and seal it before the pro arrives. We don't pack returns; we transport them.
Which Carrier?
The return label tells us which carrier: UPS, FedEx, USPS, or a retailer's partner desk. Tell us when booking and we route to the right drop-off location.
Combine Returns in One Trip
Have three returns to three carriers? We can do all three in one pickup — usually for one flat fee plus a small per-stop add-on.
Returns Pickup Saves the Refund
The longer a return sits, the more likely you miss the retailer's return window. A pickup the same day locks in the refund.
