Same-Day Assembly Is Real in NYC
Most cities can't offer same-day furniture assembly. NYC can — but only because of how the city is built and how our crew is organized.
Density Makes It Possible
Our pros live across the boroughs, so there's almost always a vetted assembler within 30 minutes of your address. That's the difference between a four-hour wait and a next-week appointment.
Booking Takes 60 Seconds
You pick a service, a date (today), and a time slot. We authorize a one-hour deposit on your card to hold the spot — refundable if you cancel 24+ hours out. The balance is paid after the job.
What Slows Same-Day
- A time slot that's already booked (we cap each slot so pros aren't double-scheduled).
- A building with a slow freight elevator or a strict COI requirement.
- A piece that needs two people (a tall PAX or a sofa bed).
What You Can Do to Help Same-Day
Have the boxes in the build room before the pro arrives, break the tape on each, and confirm parking or a service entrance. Five minutes of prep can save an hour of billed time.
When Same-Day Isn't Possible
If every pro is booked, we'll tell you the earliest real slot — usually the next morning — instead of promising what we can't deliver.
