Same-Day Marketplace Pickup
A Marketplace find won't last — if you want it, pick it up today. Here's how same-day Marketplace pickup works.
Book With Both Addresses
Tell us the seller's address, your address, the item, and a time window. A van and a pro are routed for a same-day pickup.
The Pro Inspects and Sends Photos
The pro arrives at the seller's, photographs the item, and sends you a photo. You confirm the item matches the listing before the pro pays the seller (if authorized) or before you Venmo the seller.
The Carry and the Van
The pro carries the item from the seller's apartment to the van, with a dolly and a blanket. For a walk-up, a stair dolly. The item is loaded and padded.
The Delivery
The van drives to your address. The pro carries the item into your apartment and places it. One trip, same day.
The 2-Hour Minimum
The $99/hour rate has a 2-hour minimum. A local same-day pickup usually fits the minimum.
Book Early
Same-day availability depends on the day. A morning booking is usually doable; an evening booking may not find a van. Book as early in the day as you can.
