Book the Pickup the Same Day You See the Notice
The sooner you book, the more likely a pro is available today. Tell us the desk address, the package tracking number, and your delivery address. We route the closest vetted pro.
Authorize the Pro to Pick Up
Carriers release the package only to the addressee or someone they've authorized. You'll sign a release (we'll send the form) authorizing our pro to collect on your behalf. Bring the original notice and a copy of your ID to the desk — or have it ready to send with the pro.
Van or Car, Sized to the Package
A missed package is usually oversize — that's why it wasn't delivered. Tell us roughly how big and we send the right vehicle. A TV gets a van; a medium box gets a car.
Delivered the Same Evening
A morning booking usually means delivery by early afternoon; an afternoon booking means delivery by evening. You don't wait a week to get your own purchase back.
The $45 Flat Still Applies
Most missed-delivery pickups fit the $45 flat package rate. Oversize or multiple packages may add a small fee — you'll know before we send the pro.
